Avaland has unveiled Meria @Cybersouth Square (“Meria”), a key milestone in the ongoing transformation of its 417-acre Cybersouth masterplan. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM366 million, Meria is one of Avaland’s significant developments within Cybersouth, which has a combined GDV of RM1 billion. The masterplan focuses on long-term value creation, sustainability, and enhancing the quality of life for businesses, residents, and visitors.
